This magnificent 225 m² villa with sea view, 50 m from the beach at Le Havre de Rothéneuf, is available to rent in Saint-Malo. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a very large 80 m² living room, located on the first floor so that you can admire the sea from every bay, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and whirlpool bath) and you can enjoy an enclosed garden of around 850 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up for you on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- An 80 m² living room with TV, fireplace not in use.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Four bedrooms, three on the ground floor with 2 single beds and 2 queen-size beds (160×200), and one upstairs with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Three bathrooms with shower and one with whirlpool bath
- Two separate WCs
Outside area :
- A beautiful 850 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very privileged setting. Within walking distance, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, a bakery, a delicatessen, a wine cellar and a florist. You can also take the GR 34 to discover the area on foot. 
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 cars.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
City buses are just a 5-minute walk away to the beaches and the historic city centre.
