Villa Dracoena welcomes you between the Bay of Villefranche and Baie des Anges, in one of the most beautiful sites of the French Riviera. Facing the Mediterranean, in the greenery of a beautiful garden and its heated swimming pool. Villa (1906) of 200m2 edificated on a 1000m2 landscaped garden. Heated pool. 4 air-conditioned bedrooms for 8 people. 4 bathrooms with 2 bathes and 3 showers. A large living room with a Louis XV 19th century marble Carrare fire place. All the French windows open onto marble terraces overlooking the sea. American kitchen with sea views. Antique furniture Empire and Louis Philippe styles. A 75 meters square roof terrace with a panoramic vue over the sea and the Baie des Anges. Villa Dracœna is located 15 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur airport and 20 minutes from Monaco. A Carrefour Market is available in 5 minutes on foot from Villa Dracoena. A pharmacy and a doctor are also available opposite the Carrefour Market. Possible activities: all leisure, sports and cultural activities. Skiing is possible in winter at one hour and a half by car (three main resorts: Isola 2000, Auron, Valberg).
