Our spacious 146 m2 villa comprises a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, 2 showers and 2 WCs, as well as a garage.
Located on the seafront, in the heart of a protected natural area, Les Brisants also boasts an exceptional exterior. It boasts a 750 m2 enclosed landscaped garden with no adjoining buildings, optimally equipped for your comfort: a south-facing terrace with breathtaking ocean views, equipped with a plancha and all the garden furniture you need for meals and relaxation.

You'll love the exceptional location of Les Brisants: leave your car in the garage and you won't need it during your stay! The beach is directly accessible. The shops, markets, restaurants and entertainment of the port of La Cotinière are just a 5-minute walk away. What's more, you can easily explore the whole island thanks to the cycle path and free summer shuttles that pass in front of the house.
Ideally located in the central part of the west coast of the island, Villa Les Brisants is perfectly situated for discovering and visiting the island of Oléron. The villa sits on the dune by the beach, so it has two levels. A 6-step staircase separates the lower level, which faces the garden and the street, from the upper level, which faces the ocean.
- The living room and kitchen are located in the upper part of the house. They enjoy magnificent sea views. They give direct access to the terrace and garden.
- The ‘bois flotté’ bedroom also has a beautiful sea view and direct access to the terrace. It has plenty of storage space and high-quality 140 cm bedding.
- The ‘polished glass’ bedroom is in the lower part of the villa and overlooks the garden. It includes a bathroom with a vanity unit, a spacious shower, a dressing area and a comfortable double bed (140cm).
- On the same level, also overlooking the garden, the ‘coquillages’ bedroom also has a dressing room and a double bed.
- The 15 m2 mezzanine overlooks the living room and is furnished with 2 single beds. It overlooks the harbour and is child-proof (Plexiglas-lined railings and child-proof door at the top of the stairs).
Please note, however, that access is via a very steep miller's ladder, which is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or unaccompanied young children.
- The upper level of the house also includes a shower room with vanity unit, walk-in shower and WC, as well as a separate WC with vanity unit. Towels, hand towels, bath mats, hand soap and shower shampoo are provided free of charge.
- In the garage, you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
You can also park a small car or store your bicycles in the garage to take full advantage of the cycle path that passes in front of the house. Parking for 2 additional cars is available in the private driveway in front of the garage.
