Paul et Alain bought Villa Limonade in 2022 and have brought their own distinctive style to the property. Paul is a seasoned cook and offers Table d'hote by arrangement. The property was constructed in 1880 by a carpenter as a family home and his workshop and at the start of the 1900's it was acquired and converted to a lemonade factory , hence the name Villa Limonade. The property had a major conversion into a Chambre D'Hote just over 10 years ago but each year we upgrade and renovate rooms to ensure that standards are at their highest. The renovation retained many of the house's old features whilst adding in the modern facilities such as en-suites and air conditioning that make your stay as comfortable as possible. Villa Limonade, a charming guest house.(Maison d’hôtes de charme). It is in the Languedoc Roussillon , in the heart of the Minervois and its vineyards and close to the Canal du Midi that we have chosen to breathe some life into an old lemonade factory. This XIX century building was restored during a 2 year period, with all original wooden fixtures such as doors, flooring and beams which gives this house its charm. The rooms. All rooms are named after different lemonade based cocktails. Each room is sympathetically decorated and is equipped with the essentials such as reversible air-conditioning, private bathroom and toilet, towel and hair dryer, wifi etc. The property has a small quiet garden with a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. There is also a vine-covered pergola were guest can have diner (the Muscat grapes are delicious). There is also a barbecue .

Olonzac is a lively village in the Minervois easily accessible from the airports at either Beziers or Carcassonne or by TGV in Narbonne. There is a weekly farmer's market held in the streets all year round on Tuesday which is renowned within the local area for the quality of food. The village itself has many amenities with numerous restaurants, boulangeries, mini supermarket, pharmacies, café/bars and banks. We are on the edge of the village but all these facilities are within an easy and quiet 5 minute walk. The area has many things to entertain and enjoy from wine tours and vineyards, cycling and hiking, Canal du Midi is very close, and you can visit historical sites as Minerve within 10 km of the village.
