At your arrival, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 500 euros, to be paid in cash, by check or by immediate transfer. This deposit will be returned right after the check-out once it has been determined that there has been no damage to the property.

The villa is located 10 minutes away from the romantic village of Saint Paul de Vence, where museums and art galleries are located, and from Biot, a charming village famous for its glassworks and pottery. Cagne sur Mer is 5 min away, for lovers of gastronomy and old castles. Beaches and the seaside promenade, which are full of excellent restaurants, are 10 minutes away. Golf courses are located between 10 and 20 min from the property. For more sportif people, hikes, acrobranches, mountain biking routes are definitely not far, like the well known Col de Vence. Southern Nights Festival in Vence take place in summer, when some famous singers will perform outdoor in the village. Only 5 minutes by car, you can reach the Polygone Riviera, an open air shopping center with shops, cinema and many restaurants. We are alos surrounded by the cities of Antibes (15mn) Cannes (20mn) Nice (15mn) Monaco (25mns) and very close to the Italian border if you want a change f scenary.
