## The space This villa comprises a large, bright living room with fireplace and dining area, featuring high ceilings. There is a separate designer kitchen with laundry room. The sleeping area consists of three 12m² bedrooms with wardrobes and storage cupboards, two shower rooms and a master suite with dressing room and bathroom, bathtub, shower cubicle and private toilet. Outside, there is parking space for two vehicles and, at the rear of the house, a garden area with a covered terrace, semi-inground swimming pool and garden shed with outdoor shower. The villa is equipped with fibre optic broadband. This accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities. Whether by bike, on foot or by car, you can easily reach all the iconic locations on the coast and enjoy its lifestyle to the full. ## Guest access Before and during your stay, we are here to make your stay perfect: various recommendations, access to our service providers such as bike rental companies, etc. The following are provided as standard: mattress covers for each bed and pillow protectors.
