Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Signes, this charming villa with swimming pool, of a surface of 270 m ² and being able to accomodate to 12 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1000 m² and a terrace. Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! By booking this house, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay: - A swimming pool (private, not heated), secured and fenced, open from June to September (opening dates not contractual). - A beautiful enclosed garden of 1000 m² facing south with a petanque ground (5 fences are missing in the garden, a vegetal hedge will be installed, a view-breaker is present but is not occulting). - A terrace of 50 m² facing south with a pergola and furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A balcony of 8 m² accessible from bedroom 5. Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - 5 fences are missing in the garden, a plant hedge will be installed, a view breaker is present but is not occulting. - There is a risk of noise pollution during events at the Castellet circuit which is 500 m from the villa. - The house is set in a 10,000m² plot with two other houses within easy reach. - As a reminder, the accommodation, swimming pool, garden and terrace are private to our travellers. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Come and discover Signes, the Provence of Pagnol. Nicknamed the green lung of the Toulon agglomeration and the Marseille metropolis, the town nestles on the southern slopes of the Sainte-Baume Massif and overlooks the Provencal basin which stretches from Cassis to Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer. The heart of Signes is punctuated with squares full of history, calades, fountains and wash houses. You can also take advantage of the exceptional religious heritage as the town was for a long time the property and holiday resort of the bishops of Marseille. Many different activities are available to you, golf, paintball, horse riding, karting, accrobranche, hiking, visit of the Var vineyards, the medieval village of Castellet... For sea lovers you will be 25 minutes drive from the Mediterranean and the water activities it offers!
