Situé sur les quais de Loire, ce joli appartement bénéficie de la proximité avec les guinguettes en été, du centre ancien piéton, les nombreux restaurants et bars sont très proches les cinémas et le jardin de la Charpenterie avec une belle vue sur la Loire.
