Charming brand new apartment with 2 bedrooms in a unique location, in the heart of Nice, 6 minutes walk from the sea. The layout is perfect for a stay in family or with friends - the 2 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment and protect your privacy. A cozy and modern living room with a large dining table allows you to be together in this central area. Large television, air conditioning, Wifi. The apartment is in a pleasant typical building of Nice on the 1st floor without a lift.
