We are a small independent company who provide ourselves on providing comfortable short term stays for business and leisure guests alike. Based in the heart of Coventry City Centre, we believe our locations are ideal for those who either wish to explore the city or branch out to neighbouring locations such as Birmingham, Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon. Our property was recently refurbished in 2021 to provide 8 self contained studio flats which have been enjoyed by a plethora of guests since then. We look forward to hosting you in the future!

Stunning historical location a stone throw away from Coventry’s iconic Cathedral. Conveniently located on a small cobbled street with bars, restaurants, shops and salons all in close proximity. This safe/secure accommodation offers a full smart lock coded entry system & 24hr CCTV, high quality broadband & unlimited data at a speed of 100Mb/s. Rooms are fitted with bespoke hotel Hypnos beds, providing pure luxury for that extra cosy night’s sleep. Onsite free fully maintained laundry facilities.

Neighbourhood information

1 Castle Yard is ideally placed in the heart of Coventry city centre located next door to Coventry Cathedral off the cobbled road of Hay Lane. Coventry University is less than 100 meters away as is the city centre shops and many restaurants. It takes 10 minutes to walk from Coventry train station and so we are a good option for those travelling by train as well as motor vehicles.
