Recently refurbished property located right in the center of Coleraine, close to all amenities and basic necessities. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, the master bedroom has access to a new 55 inch TV and the smaller double bedroom has access to a new 43 inch TV . The living room is equipped with a double settee as well as a new 55 inch TV. There is secure parking around back of the property and which is securely locked overnight.
Located on the Lodge Road Coleraine, right in the center of the Coleraine town with lots of shops within a couple minutes walk, ground cafe is a few doors down as well as pear tree situated directly across from the property. There is a gym and swimming pool located 5 minutes away from the property in the Coleraine leisure center. The train/bus station again is only a 5 minute walk away from the property.
