Byron Woolacombe Holidays, launched in July 2019, is an independent holiday letting agency designed specifically for Byron Woolacombe Holiday Apartments.
Our goal is to provide outstanding service to our wonderful guests and provide the highest standard of luxury self-catering accommodation and facilities in Woolacombe.
Our small but passionate team is based onsite and comprised of ‘local experts’ to ensure that they can not only provide you with information to select the right apartment for your holiday, but also offer you guidance on somewhere fantastic to eat or drink or visit each day should you so require!

Brimming with style, the apartment has a glorious open plan living area with Bi-Fold doors, two lovely double bedrooms (2nd also available as a twin) and two luxury bathrooms. Your full sea view balcony is perfect for Sun-lounging with your canine companion, outside dining or just taking in the stunning scenery.
The layout is perfect for friends, family or a couple looking for a bit of luxury by the beach.
Just outside you have the wonderful rolling hills, gorgeous beach and for those colder months a fabulous indoor pool and sauna. No.12 promises a glorious and unforgettable stay.

The open plan kitchen/living/dining area offers comfortable seating and space to relax all together. The well equipped kitchen together with dining table is great for enjoying relaxed meals with family & friends.
Your apartment comes with an assigned parking space in the secure underground parking, a rare commodity in Woolacombe!
The apartment has access to an exclusive onsite private pool and leisure suite for Byron guests only throughout the stay. Information on how to book slots is provided once booking is confirmed.
You have access to secure surf storage which can also house those essential buckets and spades for the beach. The shops, bars and restaurants of Woolacombe are within a 100m.
