The Property is a large one bed room apartment, sited on the 1st floor of a block of apartments. The apartment offers high ceilings giving a spacious feeling. The bedroom includes a double bed, bunk beds, two wardrobes and a TV. The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet. The living, dining and kitchen room is a large room with two sofa's, desk, TV, dining table with four chairs and kitchen appliances. There is a seperate entrance lobby for shoes and coats. The apartment includes towles, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Please read the"about the naighbourhood" for more information.
The property is sited on an estate that includes a shop, school, nurcery, hotel and local business. The estate was once the Admiralty Under Water Weapons Establishment (AUWE) which was closed in 1995. Due to its origional purpose, it is remote which provides a quite place to stay and others lots of local walks and history. Aminaties are a short drive or walk, with attractions and other activities also a short drive away.
