The property is situated less than 100 meters from Gareloch with a clear view of the local Naval Base. Locals are friendly and welcoming. The property is positioned away from the main road making for a more peaceful stay, the views from the living room, front bedroom window and split level garden are beautiful especially on a sunny day as shown in photos. There is a large seating area at the far end of the garden which does not have views of the Loch but great when people want to sit outside with a glass of wine enjoying the fresh air. There are two bus routes that cover the Peninsula with the bus stop being 20 metres from the property, the buses take you into Helensburgh. There are lots of walking routes within the area with Loch Lomond being a 30 minute drive and the local sea side town of Helensburgh being a 20 minute drive away.
