There is plenty of room to bring tools in etc, for peace of mind.
Nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to A46, A45, M1, M6 and M69. Perfect for Trades men/women, travelling workers etc.
Local shops and takeaway within walking distance.
2 min drive to Asda and McDonald’s.
5 min drive to quality sizzler pub, TGI’s and Morrison’s and retail Park.
