This is a very large modern 2 bedroom house with open concept living and kitchen leading onto a courtyard with stairs up to a balcony. Smart TVs with streaming services are located in the living room and master bedroom. Wifi is throughout the house and is Free. There is an Ens uite from the master bedroom.
This property is situated on the north shore development on the river tees with a 5 min walk to the magfnificant Millennium Bridge and 10 mins from Stockton Town Centre. Starbucks is only 1 min drive with Super chargers for electric cars.
The property boasts a roof terrace to enjoy and a private courtyard.
A nearby footpath onto the river tees that takes you to tees barrage international white water centre where you can take part in numerous water activities. It is also home to the Air trail climbing a cafe and pub / Beefeater restaurant.
