This 2-bedroom lower ground floor flat is in Ryde, Isle of Wight, just a short walk from the shops, passenger ferry, hovercraft and bus and train stations. There is a lounge with sofas, TV and dining table. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay. The main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside at the rear of the property is a small patio area with table and chairs. Car parking is in the nearby council car park. Guests can buy a tourist parking permit which allows parking in most council-run car parks across the island. Permits must be bought using the phone app on the day of arrival. Please note that pets are not permitted in this property. Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person) are also provided. Please note that beach towels are not provided. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits will be available in the property for your arrival. We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen. We also provide some tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen ready for your arrival, so you can relax upon arrival. Please note that this is self-catering, so we do not provide unlimited toilet rolls, daily cleans or other things you may expect in an hotel. Ryde, fondly known as The Gateway to the Island, is the largest town on the Isle of Wight and became popular as a holiday destination in the 1820s. Today, the regular ferry, catamaran and hovercraft services make this lovely resort accessible for all. There’s so much to see and do, catering for all ages and interests including a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the 6 miles of super, gently sloping sandy beaches are ideal for bathing. Along the esplanade there are bowling greens, tenpin bowling, crazy golf, children’s rides and playgrounds, swimming pool and woodland walks in Appley Park. With many other attractions within easy reach, Ryde provides a superb base for touring this picturesque island.
