The cottage is has a ground floor & first floor, all living areas are within the ground floor plus a downstairs bedroom & bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms & a bathroom. You will have full access to the entire cottage during your stay. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar will be provided as well as some welcome biscuits! A smart TV is included with access to Netflix & freeview play, Superfast 80MB WIFI included. 3 bedrooms (x2 King size x1 Double) all linen is Egyptian cotton, Egyptian cotton bath & hand towels provided. 2 luxury bathrooms (x1 ground floor, x1 first floor) Outdoor areas, there is a small area on the front of the property with outdoor Llandudno train station is a 2 minute walk from the cottage, on street parking WITHOUT restrictions, 5 minute walk to the main high street where you can find all shops & restaurants, around the same time you can reach Llandudno main front pier. On street parking only, please do NOT park in front of the garage next door, unrestricted parking on Caroline Road available.

Llandudno is the largest seaside resort in Wales, full of Victorian architecture, beautiful mountains & hills, a choice of two beaches, an amazing promenade & pier with fun for every age. Plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas so you will not be bored during your stay!
