Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite basin and WC and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area. To the outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture and a communal heated swimming pool and tennis courts, while on-site parking is available for one car. 2 Europa Court is the perfect base for a Cornish coastal getaway. Note: Regulations for dogs: Dogs are not allowed on the grass or garden areas atany time whether on a lead or not, Dogs in the courtyard or car park must be kept on ashort lead at all times, Dogs are excluded from the swimming pool area, Dogs are not permitted to foul any parts of the common areas, Dogs must not be left unattended in swimming pool and sun beds etc, are available for you and your family’s use only, when open in season. There is no Lifeguard on duty.

Mawgan Porth is a seaside cove found between Newquay and Padstow, a popular surfing destination filled with caves and cliff tops. The sandy beach is extremely tranquil and is close to a selection of shops, a deli, farm shop and golf course.
