27 The Terrace is nestled just above the blue flagged Porthminster Beach, with stunning views overlooking the beautiful waters of St Ives bay, and set within a period three story Georgian house, once the property of the Earl of Cowley and the Duke of Essex. It has undergone complete refurbishment and now offers luxuriously appointed en suite rooms with modern elegant styling. It's just a short stroll into town, where you can find the Tate gallery and Barbara Hepworth Gallery. We have onsite parking, wifi and a lovely private walled garden for our guests use.
We offer a relaxed and easy going environment and are always at hand with a wealth of information to help you enjoy your stay in St Ives.
Please note: 27 The Terrace guesthouse rooms are adult only, we cannot not accommodate children within the property.
