Set in a quiet residential area the house is South facing with stunning sea views the deck is a great sun trap perfect for relaxing on the sofa's or enjoying dinner al fresco. Located just a 5 minute walk down steps to the sea front or a more sedate 15 minutes to the esplanade, its an ideal location to enjoy all that Ventnor has to offer. The house is in a quiet residential area with children’s playground a few houses along (but far enough to not be heard!). The seafront is reached by steps down from neighbouring South Street (they are quite long!) or a slightly longer 20minute stroll to Ventnor Beach. A short stroll to the high street with a green grocer, butchers, bakery in addition to Tesco’s express and Co-Op plus bars and cafe. There is a fish monger on the sea front for freshly caught fish and great crab!
