Hosting two bedrooms; a double with en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and for entertainment there is a TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. To the outside is off-road parking for one car, and a private decked terrace with hot tub and furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome for 30 per pet, per stay, payable to site owners before arrival. Visitors can take a trip to Siblyback Lake to enjoy the wonderful sailing, fishing and watersports on offer, or travel a little further afield for excellent walking opportunities on Bodmin Moor. The renowned Eden project is within 15 miles whilst Plymouth is just a 30 minute drive away.
