We have 7 rentals and are very much home from home and well equipped for you to enjoy a stress free holiday. This is a self catering holiday. We sign a sub letting and unfortunately we have to follow the rules. Failure to comply with the rules of the site will result in our sub letting agreement been cancelled. No workman allowed No commercial vehicles allowed No hen/stags parties parties No same sex groups allowed (all females or males 3or more are classed as a group) Minimum age 21+ Passes are optional if you choose to buy direct from Unity Beach reception they will not sell you passes for the day of arrival. If we purchase passes on your behalf it has to be for the duration of your stay and for all guests.

New for season 2025. We have a Regal Seascape 39ft x 13ft caravan located in the area of Brean Leisure Park. You access this area from the main road Richard’s Way heading towards the carpark for the Swimming pool and the Theme Park. As you enter from the main road head towards the barrier and turn left and then take 2nd left and follow road around to a gated area of lodges once in the gated area turn right and drive right to the end of the lodges and we are located on the left with two parking spaces numbered 34. There is no fenced garden or decking at the caravan you will find a picnic bench at the caravan this area is classed as open plan. As you enter the caravan you have kitchen on the right hand side and dinning table with 4 chairs. Living area is to the left and bedrooms and bathrooms are located through the hallway located on the right of the kitchen. There are two twin rooms both with twin beds one bedroom larger than the other. You have a family bathroom with shower wash hand basin and toilet at the end of the hallway you have a double bedroom with an en-suite with a toilet and wash hand basin only. The caravan is fully loaded with all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caravan has an electric fire for display purpose only and full central heating. We provided duvets & pillows for each bed. We do not provide bedding but we can hire it on your behalf at a cost to you. There are two allocated parking spaces in front of the caravan numbered 34. The caravan is located behind the swimming pool and very close to the gated access to the Tavern Fun Fair, etc Unity Beach do not accept workman, commercial vehicles of any sort no stag/hen parties or any same sex groups (all females or males) We provide free WiFi but please be mindful that the signal may drop in and out. Passes are optional at a charge per person per night and will need to be paid direct to the host before your holiday commences. 4 years and under go free.

From Brean Leisure Park you can access the main road which has an access way direct to the beach. The main road in to Brean. This has several eateries, shops, beauty salon and hairdressers, arcades and bars. You have the local bus that also stops outside the crazy golf and Summer Haze chip shop. Unity Beach offer lots on site venues, entertainment, kids clubs, swimming pool indoor and outdoor, the fun fair, bike hire, supermarket, charging points for electric cars, large playground.
