• Sleeps 7+2 • 4 bedrooms – 3 doubles, 1 triple (bunk bedroom plus single trundle bed - the bunk beds are suitable for children only)  • 2 bathrooms - 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 shower room with WC • Range-style electric cooker with 5 burner hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine • Garden furniture • Off-road parking for 3 to 4 cars • Smart TV and DVD player in the lounge • Wood burner in the lounge • Village centre, beach with eateries and small shops within walking distance • St. Helens, Seaview, Ryde and Sandown are all within an easy drive away • A maximum of 7 adults per booking are acceptable  • Children should be supervised near the small pond in the garden (it has a gauze cover over it, but must not be stood on)
