Byron Woolacombe Holidays, launched in July 2019, is an independent holiday letting agency designed specifically for Byron Woolacombe Holiday Apartments. Our goal is to provide outstanding service to our wonderful guests and provide the highest standard of luxury self-catering accommodation and facilities in Woolacombe. Our small but passionate team is based onsite and comprised of ‘local experts’ to ensure that they can not only provide you with information to select the right apartment for your holiday, but also offer you guidance on somewhere fantastic to eat or drink or visit each day should you so require!

Middlecombe 8 is set in a quiet location within the exclusive Byron development, just a 4 minute walk from the award winning Woolacombe beach. This apartment offers a generous open plan living area, with a high spec kitchen, private balcony, spacious master bedroom, a second double bedroom and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are luxuriously furnished, including high speed and secure private broadband, smart TV with netflix, cafetière and Tassimo coffee machine, a washer/dryer and a Bose soundbar (which doubles as a bluetooth speaker). The flat includes one onsite car parking space, surf storage shed and access to the exclusive Byron facilities (indoor swimming pool and sauna, fitness suite, guest services 9-5 and heated outdoor surf shower). All together this flat offers the perfect base for memorable holidays all year round, with friends and family. Please note this is a non-smoking, pet friendly apartment. Fresh bed linen & towels are provided for your stay as well as a pint of milk in the fridge! The open plan kitchen/living/dining area offers comfortable seating and space to relax all together. The well equipped kitchen together with dining table is great for enjoying relaxed meals with family & friends. Your apartment comes with an assigned parking space in the secure underground parking, a rare commodity in Woolacombe! The apartment has access to an exclusive onsite private pool and leisure suite for Byron guests only throughout the stay. Information on how to book slots is provided once booking is confirmed. You have access to secure surf storage which can also house those essential buckets and spades for the beach. The shops, bars and restaurants of Woolacombe are within a 100m.

Just a four-minute walk away, you will find the award-winning Woolacombe Beach, renowned for its three miles of golden sand and recognised as one of the Top 10 UK beaches. Not to mention the three amazing beaches on your doorstep including: Putsborough, Barricane and Coombesgate Beach. It’s hard to find a view that won’t take your breath away.
