The Travel Chapter Limited, acts as agent for the property owner. Therefore, when you make a booking the contract is between you and the owner. Please note our terms and conditions will also apply when you make a booking. These can be found in the footer of our website.

• Roof Deck - Guests can enjoy the roof Deck for your safety. Guests are not permitted to climb on walls or furniture. No smoking. Amplified music is not permitted at the property.
• Lift - There is a lift at the property with the capacity of upto 8 persons - children must be accompanied by an adult (Any misuse of the lift will result in a charge)
• Hot Tub Hire - The owner is happy for guests to arrange hot tub hire for the duration of their stay, guests will need to liaise with hot tub hire companies directly.
• No fireworks are permitted within the grounds
• The Skyscraper and its grounds must not be used to accommodate additional visitors to those stated at the time of booking for overnight stays.
• Caterers - The owner can provide details of a caterer - If guests book their own caterers you must inform the owner as they must have adequate liability insurance in place. ( Table top / deep fat fryers and any equipment involving gas / flames are not permitted in the property due to fire risk.
