Enjoy time away from the city in this bright and spacious 2-bed house situated perfectly in Wakefield, close to amenities and the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Easy access to Wakefield City Centre.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet location in WF1 close to local parks and shops with great transport links to Wakefield City Centre. The house also sits close to Sandal Castle, Pugneys Country Park and Walton Colliery Nature Park. This is a perfect way to experience the beautiful West Yorkshire Countryside or for commuters in Wakefield. There is ample parking outside the house and around the back of the house also. To get to Wakefield City Centre takes 15-20 minutes by bus or 30 minute walking. Busses no. 96 and 106 drive every 15 minutes from Barnsley Rd/Agbrigg Road and take you directly into the city centre. If you jump off a bit sooner, you will have easy and quick access to The Hepworth as well. Taking these in the opposite direction will take you to Pugney's Country Park in 30 minutes (walking included). Getting to The Walton Colliery Nature Park takes just 15 minutes by bus no. 195 and 196 from the same location.
