Ailsa Retreat is ideally situated, allowing you to make the most of this lovely Ayrshire seaside town. Please note our apartment is situated on the top floor of a 3 storey building and therefore, has 2 storeys of staircase to be climbed as there is no elevator. Nearby is the traditional harbour, where you can watch the fishing fleet land its daily catch, or stroll around the marina that’s packed full of beautiful yachts and smaller craft. There’s even a first class restaurant where you can relax with a drink or a meal and watch the comings and goings outside. The town centre is also on your doorstep, where you will find a great choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. A ten minute stroll takes you to the world-famous Royal Troon Golf Club, where you can book a round on one of the sport’s most iconic courses. Or why not just take a leisurely stroll along the promenade that runs the entire length of Troon’s golden sandy beaches. Troon really does have something for everyone. Our property has one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There’s private parking, wireless internet throughout and a full kitchen with all laundry facilities.
