We really enjoy hosting and meeting our guests. However, there is a key safe if were not in when you arrive. The apartment has its own private entrance and is totally self contained and well equipped for self catering. Great walks and great country pubs too. The apartment is really closed to 'The Wave' (www.thewave.com) and The Concorde Museum (www.aerospacebristol.org) A car is recommended to get around as this gives you the choice and versatility, however a car is not necessarily essential. There is a bus stop at the top of our private drive on the main A38 and buses run regularly to and from Bristol and Gloucester. There are some lovely pubs in the surrounding local villages. Within easy walking (just 5 minutes away) is a 'carvery/pizza pub' serving food all day/7 days a week.
