Our guest suite is on the 2nd floor of our home. You will share the main entrance, the stairs and the garden with your live-in host. Your live-in host is occupying the ground floor and the 1st floor within the property, and so he can always respond to any requests or emergencies. The property is based within a residential area, so the neighbours always look out for one another. The guest suite has one en-suite bedroom and one private living room both on the same floor, offering you a unique and stylish place. It is located close to Anfield LFC stadium, Everton Stadium and Goodison Park with short drive to Liverpool City Center and the Aintree Racecourse. It can sleep up to 4 guests. It features- 2 single beds, 1 sofa (turns in to bed), private bathroom, private living room, smart TV, free Wifi, garden, dining area, wardrobe, hairdryer, free toiletries and free parking on the driveway. You are close to cafe's, chip shops, pubs and local shops/supermarkets to grab your basics. Although no access to fully equipped kitchen but guests are provided with simple kitchen facilities such as fridge, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, cups, plates and cutleries. Please note that the whole house is no smoking and there are smoke alarms. This accommodation is on the 2nd floor without lifts, so it might not be convenient for some people. We do not allow gathering, parties and pets. Early check-in's and late check-out's may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent/ an adult
