Having travelled around the UK for work a lot myself I have a good idea of the difference it makes when you can finish work and head off to somewhere calm and comfortable for the night. When I decided to set up ipswichdigs this was a top priority in my mind and remains so in the way that we manage our bookings, support our guests and continuously work to keep our properties in the best condition we can achieve. ipswichdigs was launched in January 2022 and am proud to say that we recently won the Bookingcom 2023 Traveller Review Awards. Our efforts are very much appreciated by our guests and thankfully many of them have been very vocal and keen to share their experiences.
• • THE LEGAL STUFF • • All bookings are subject to the ipswichdigs Booking & Accommodation T&C's (B&A T&C's). • • The ipswichdigs B&A T&C's defines the legal framework, "The Contract", between ipswichdigs and their guests. • • Before booking guests should ensure that they are happy with the ipswichdigs B&A T&C's • • Guest wishing to view the ipswichdigs B&A T&C's can request a copy by clicking the "Ask a Question" button on this page. • • Making a booking will be deemed as acceptance of the ipswichdigs B&A T&C's. • • Please be aware that as defined in the ipswichdigs B&A T&C's the following can be charged to a guest at our discretion: - Exceptional Additional Cleaning (if required) & Damages (above normal wear and tear). • • The ipswichdigs B&A T&C's takes precedence over/overrides any stated or implied terms or conditions derived from the contract between Bookingcom and guests using their booking platform.

• • We are set up to meet the needs the of the lone professional traveller or person visiting Ipswich and it’s surrounding areas on personal/professional business/doing research.
• • Comfy well equipped rooms in a homely spacious Town House.
• • Access to the property is managed via a Ring video door bell and we keep a properly managed property at all times.
• • Parking for 2 cars on the drive and a free car park for 8 cars directly across the road.
• • Each bedroom is allocated it’s own kitchen unit, fridge/freezer, pots and pans and cooking/dinging utensils.
• • Free Tea, Coffee and UHT Milk.
• • Each bedroom equipped with a good size drop leaf table and chair.
• • Netflix in each bedroom free of charge.
• • Plug socket by the table and bed for all the electronic necessaries.
• • Second WC/utility on ground floor with washer and dryer available for guests to use free of charge.
• • Lupin Road is a quite road we are fortunate that we have no houses facing ours at the front or at the back.
• • As a back up line of communication between us, we also ask for your e-mail address and mobile number in our Reservation Confirmation e-mail.

• • We are located just a six minute drive from the Copdock A12/A14 interchange.
• • Under eighteen minutes to Ipswich Train/Bus station if walking through Gippeswyk Park and twenty two minutes if walking via Campion or Ranleagh Road.
• • There is a parade of shops at the top of the road. To walk would take just over ten minutes. There you will find a CO OP, Post Office, Green Grocers, Fish and Chip shop and Kebab/Pizza takeaway too.
• • Under half hour walk to the Town Centre if walking through Gippeswyk Park and just over that if walking via Campion or Ranleagh Road.
• • At Cardinal Park you will find a Cineworld sporting a Starbucks, The Gym, Nandos, ASK, McDonalds, KFC, Harvester, Dough & Co & Subway. It is under half hour walk to Cardinal Park if walking through Gippeswyk Park and just over that if walking via Campion or Ranleagh Road.
• • We have two parks near by. It’s 100 meters to Gippeswick Park and 400 meters to Chantry Park.
