A most beautiful luxury annex to the main residence , with an indoor heated luxury swimming pool and 2 person sauna infrared.The property is set on the River Bain ,with open views to the Bain valley. . The pretty village of Kirkby on Bain is just 600 yards away. The Ebbington Arms is a wonderful public house which is well renowned for its excellent food. The Edwardian inland resort of Woodhall Spa is just 4 miles away here you find fantastic restaurants, shops and wonderful walks. The space Private location, secure parking behind electric gates, owner loves dogs and therefore your own well behaved dog is very welcome. A communal South facing court yard can also be enjoyed. The annex is fitted out superbly with oak flooring through out. Underfloor heating. Luxury high end kitchen with granite worktops. The local area is fantastic for walks and bike rides. We are just 5 miles from an area of outstanding natural beauty, the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bedroom is 14 feet by 14 feet with beautiful views over the Bain valley.

The local area is fantastic for walks and bike rides. We are just 5 miles from an area of outstanding natural beauty, the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds. Woodhall Spa is a very pretty Edwardian village and is just 3 miles away. The beautiful East coast is 25 miles by car . Lincoln is a historic city which is close by.
