The flat has been modernised and looks out across the marina. It's quiet and yet minutes from unique bars and restaurants in Plymouth's historic Barbican quarter. And mere moments from the famous Pilgrim Father's steps. Nearby are local amenities like Plymouth Hoe, the Lido, the National Marine Aquarium and Theatre Royal.

The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood, but very close to local shops and restaurants. We have great WIFI and a comfortable desk and chair. For me, it's a great place to work, with a spectacular view across the bay. Plymouth is a very walkable city. Near the flat is the Hoe (huge outdoor park), the Barbican (historic neighbourhood with bars and restaurants) and the centre of the town (10min walk for shopping). Being by the sea, there are many activities to take part in, including tours by sea, watersports, visiting the aquarium, the theatre etc. If you want to go a bit further, we recommend a car, but with a car, the whole of South Devon and Cornwall is very easily accessible. Nearby places worth a visit include Dartmoor, Tavistock, Polperro, Noss Mayo, Kingsbridge, and Exeter.
