This newly refurbished two-bedroom flat is in a quiet St Helier street, with a large town park, restaurants, and the beach just a short stroll away. The bustling high street, main bus station, and supermarkets are just a 5-minute walk. The flat boasts two spacious king-size bedrooms with additional single sofa beds in each bedroom, plus a comfy sofa bed for two in the lounge ( We can also add a single fold-out in the larger bedroom bringing the bed total 6. Cots and highchairs are available within the apartment. A small café and a shop are conveniently located on the corner and a small, enclosed courtyard garden is at the front. Other things to note: There is plenty of paid parking around the flat and one-hour spots right outside. Parking is free from 5 pm to 8 am Monday through Saturday and Free on Sunday. For those needing more space, you can also rent the additional studio apartment above, which sleeps 4 bringing the rental capacity to 12.

Aquilla House, situated on the outskirts of St Helier, is just a five-minute walk from the main bus station and the town beach. The area boasts a beautiful park behind the building with plenty of activities for children, and a variety of local bars, restaurants, and nightlife options within a 5 to 10-minute walk
