Ardmun House is a charming 1850’s self-catering holiday home nestled in the picturesque village of Kilmun. Located on the shore front with over the Holy Loch. A fusion of country cottage charm traditional furnishings with vibrant décor creates a warm & warm & nostalgic atmosphere. Featuring a conservatory with a large dining table & living area to relax and soak up the views. This room will a favourite spot for sitting with a fresh coffee & the weekend paper. Note there are several sets of steps in garden to the entrance of the property. The formal living room is bright & cosy with a wood burning fire and comfortable couches. There is a further casual living area with a wood burning fire and a couch that can convert into a sofa bed. Ideal for guests unable to use stairs. Downstairs has a second bathroom with shower. From the entry hall the original stone staircase leads you upstairs to 4 comfy bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a double bed, a further double bedroom & 2 two separate single bedrooms. Adjacent is a spacious family bathroom with a bath & toilet. The country kitchen includes all modern cooking facilities. The property is accessed by 25 steps through the terrace garden. Further afield, there are day excursions to Inveraray, Oban and Loch Lomond.
