A stunning modern penthouse maisonette situated on the main street of Craig y Don, an up and coming area of Llandudno. It’s perfect for families as well as young couples with convenient access to promenade & beach (couple of minutes walk), shops, bars and other local attractions.
The property consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, shower room, bathroom, kitchen diner and private rooftop patio.
On the first floor you will find kitchen diner with French patio doors that lead to the private rooftop patio. During sunny season it is a perfect spot for relaxing, sunbathing and spending some quality time away from day-to-day rush. Kitchen is equipped with large range cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.
Also on this floor are the shower room and bathroom followed by a large double bedroom and very spacious lounge with stunning bay windows and traditional log burner.
On the second floor you will find three spacious bedrooms. Two doubles and a bunk bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has additional ‘click clack’ sofa bed which might be used for additional guests if required.
Facilities also include full central heating, Wi-Fi access, Smart Tv with Netflix, iron & ironing board.
Bed linen & towels are supplied.
We offer roadside parking only.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.

Our property sits directly above our amazing artisan bakery & cafe , where we can serve cooked breakfast, lunch, barista coffee and most delicious pastries. We will also be able to offer unique doorstep pastry & bakery goods delivery so no need to get up early for those who like relaxing breakfast in bed :-) All available options will be discussed upon guests' arrival as they are not included in the property listing price.

A trendy area with shops, wine bars, micro pubs, restaurants (Italian, Greek), beauty salons and various take away shops (Indian, Chinese, Fish & chips).
