A peaceful and centrally-located Gem, Beach 10 minute walk, town centre 15 minute walk. Own space in rear of garden with own entrance.Kitchenette , fridge, own bathroom with shower toilet and basin, own patio area with table and chairs as well as outside couch , tv and Wi-Fi. Jacuzzi (outside our house on bottom patio but blinds make it private) PARKING 🅿️ - weekends free / during week we provide vouchers for 5 a day! Parking in street! - Southdowns walks within 10 minutes drive - Amex stadium
