Baron's Grange, a farmhouse built in 1720, has 2 large guest bedrooms overlooking orchards and gardens: Set among public footpaths near Iden village, 2.5 miles from the ancient town of Rye, 40-60 minutes from Eurotunnel/Dover.
The farmhouse has been in our family for 3 generations and we are happy to share our house, conservatory, garden and local knowledge. Both bedrooms are ensuite with a traditional English or Continental breakfast included in the price.
The Grade II listed Georgian building has an Inglenook fireplace in the sitting room and original wooden beams throughout. Guests have use of our comfortable sitting room, and conservatory overlooking the garden which you are welcome to enjoy.
Breakfast is served in our dining room furnished with our family's antique furniture. Both bedrooms are spacious, bright with lovely views, a small sitting area and have an ensuite bathroom (with shower.)
The Rose Bedroom has a kingsize bed and a single bed. The Oakroom has a kingsize bed.
Each bedroom has a TV, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities, and also a mini fridge.

We live on a working farm and have ponies and horses. We compete in horse competitions throughout the UK and Europe.
We live in a very rural location but only a few minutes from Rye which has many attractions.
We are 45 minutes from Batemans - the home of Rudyard Kipling . Bodiam castle is only 30 minutes drive.
Hastings is also 30 minutes awy and has a vast array of attractions.
There are numerous footpaths in the area and cycling is a popular activity.
Bird watchers will find Rye Harbour nature reserve 15 minutes from us and Dungeness RSPB is 25 minutes.
