Well equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, plate warmer and fridge freezer. The lounge area has two electric reclining sofas and an additional sofa/king size day bed. A 55 inch Samsung TV with Sky and Freeview channels. Wi-fi with good signal. All bedrooms are comfortable and quiet at the rear of the property with quality Silent Night mattresses. There is guest access to the front garden which overlooks the sea and is Astro Turfed. Easy access across the road to a public grassed area on the Cliff top overlooking the sea. This is a strictly no pets, no smoking holiday let.

We live in the main house. The rental is an annexe to the main house. As we live here we can help you with your plans when we are here. There is so much to do by the sea here from Mudeford up to Poole or in the New Forest. We can suggest some of our favourite places.

We are located on the cliff top with cafes and restaurants a 10 minute walk along the Cliff top which has stunning views across to the Isle of Wight. These include two fabulous restaurants. The access to the beach is to be found by the shops. A coffee shop, well stocked convenience store and post office are a 10 minute walk away. Mudeford and the picturesque town of Christchurch are a cycle ride, or a short drive away with the New Forest on our doorstep and the port town of Lymington a 17 minute drive. There are regular ferry services to the Isle of White from Lymington. Our cliff top annexe is the perfect place for you to stay and explore these wonderful areas. Local buses stop directly outside the property. There are many cycle and walking routes. The open top tourist bus which takes in the new forest stops outside the shops and restaurants just down the road.
