This generously sized apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests, with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a small single bedroom. The apartment is centrally heated with electric storage heaters which can be manually adjusted for your comfort.
With a private front door and spacious entrance hall, there is ample storage space for bicycles. The self contained apartment is spread over 3 floors, with the living room , kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and bedrooms on the second.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering guests, providing an electric oven & hob, washing machine and dishwasher. We provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk and basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. Guests can opt to eat in, using the cooking facilities provided. There is a spacious dining table/chairs which seats 6 people.
The bathroom facilities include a modern walk in shower and bath. We provide bath sheets and towels for guests. There is a separate toilet.
The dining room is a comfortable and relaxing space, with a large corner sofa which seats up to 6 adults comfortably. There is a modern 44 inch flat screen television and contemporary electric fire.

Just a 2 minute walk from the beach, harbour, shopping centre and swimming pool. An excellent base to enjoy coastal attractions of Bridlington, or tour the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Free parking is provided via a central zone parking permit.
Check-in is simple and convenient, with key-safe access at a time to suit you. Access to the apartment is flexible due to the key-safe facility, although we can always provide an introductory visit at our guests convenience to ensure that they are happy and familiar with the location of all facilities, if necessary. We live within a 5 minute walk away and are available 'on call' should we be needed.
The apartment is situated right in the center of Bridlington, just 2 minutes from the main shopping center, bus station and shops. We provide 1 free visitors parking permit for the duration of your stay and will contact prior to your arrival for your car registration number. This allows you to park in any central Zone A area and includes the street on which the apartment is located. There is a large array of fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars all within a short walking distance of the apartment, and of course Bridlington's award winning beach and harbour also within a 5 minute stroll. Just park your car and there really is no need to move it again until home time!
