Bay View is an impressive Victorian town house, located in an enviable position on the seafront of the picturesque coastal town of Criccieth, North Wales. The house benefits from beautiful sea and mountain views.
Bay View has been awarded a Visit Wales Quality Grading of 5 stars.
Bay View is equipped to a very high standard and provides an excellent quality of accommodation in a total of 7 bedrooms. All bedrooms have en suite facilities.
There are 3 twin rooms, 2 kingsize rooms and 2 family suites. Each family suite comprises 2 interconnecting rooms, one with a king size bed and the other a set of bunk beds.
Bay View has a fantastic, sociable kitchen diner with a huge dining table, plus all the mod cons that one would expect in a brand new kitchen. Seaviews.
The sea views can be enjoyed from the bay window of the huge first floor formal lounge. Comfortable seating is provided plus a woodburner and 51inchTV.
A further sitting room is located on the ground floor and has a games console, TV, table football, board games.
There is also a ground floor WC and utility room.
Access to the beach is directly opposite the house.
Neighbours
House rules - Marine Terrace is a quiet, family-orientated area and as such our guests need to be respectful to our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum particularly in the evening. Large gatherings on the front patio for drinking etc are not permitted. Small groups of guests outside on the patio or back yard are required to move indoors by 9pm at the latest. Please also note that discos, karaoke, loud music etc are not permitted at Bay View. Thank you

Bay View is located directly on the seafront in beautiful Criccieth.
Criccieth is located to the east of the popular Llyn Peninsular and adjacent west of the Snowdonia National Park.
This pretty unspoilt small town has retained its Victorian charm with colourful terraced houses and hotels fronting onto two beaches which are divided by a stony outcrop which houses the impressive Criccieth castle.
Amenities in Criccieth include a wide variety of tasteful shops, tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and galleries. There is also a great park in Criccieth with children’s play area, bowls, football field, pitch and putt and nature reserve.
Access to Criccieth beach is directly opposite Bay View. Several other beautiful beaches are within easy walking distance along the well maintained Wales coastal path which can be joined directly outside the house. Further afield Black Rock Sands, Harlech, Abersoch, Nefyn and Pwllheli beaches are only a short drive away.
