Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. As the name suggests, there are panoramic views out to sea, over towards the cricket pitch, croquet lawn, and golf course. Only a short walk from Jacob's Ladder and Sidmouth Theatre. The accommodation is beautifully furnished with much thought and care given to comfort and colour schemes. The apartment is conveniently situated near excellent restaurants and shops which are just a few minutes' walk away.

Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Seaton Tramway are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and The Pig at Combe.
