Situated just yards from the beach this stunning ‘New England’ style house enjoys fabulous sea views and gardens leading onto the beach. Tastefully furnished, this spacious and luxurious home is perfect for families who love beach life and water activities and who are looking for that little extra something special. The open plan living area opens via bi-folding doors to a terrace which overlooks the gardens and the sea beyond, perfect for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, dinner and evening drinks while the kids play in large garden, which is enclosed with a fence and secured from the waterfront by a gate. A ground floor double bedroom, supported by a ground floor shower room provides facilities for those with mobility needs and of the three remaining bedrooms on the first floor, two have en-suite facilities. The 4th bedroom is set up with a day bed, which can extend to a double bed, however the owners consider that it is only suitable for 2 children. Panoramic sea views are enjoyed from the principal bedrooms, which boast covered balconies. Beach Side is situated in a quiet lane and is just a short walk to the convenience stores at Lane End.

Neighbourhood information

Bembridge Village Bembridge is situated on the most easterly point of the Isle of Wight, lying behind the spectacular headland of Culver. It is also claimed to be the largest village in England, with a population of approximately 4,000 residents. Bembridge stretches around most of the Eastern tip of the Isle of Wight which includes its harbour and three beaches, and has its own airport. We're pleased to announce that Bembridge Village has won 'Village of the Year' in the BBC Countryfile Magazine Awards 2019! They called Bembridge village a "wonderful coastal setting with a pier and lifeboat station, plus a busy village community with independent shops, cafés and restaurants. With three great beaches and the white cliffs of Culver Down on the doorstep, the village is a perfect base for exploring." As the village runs along the coast many of the things to do in Bembridge are related to the sea. The three beaches Lane End, the Ledge and Bembridge Beach are very popular for exploring with contrasting coastlines, rock pools and stunning panoramic views out to sea. With its substantial harbour Bembridge is a very popular destination for sailing.
