Springhaven is a relaxed, family-friendly seaside home on the Kent coast — made for shared time, sea air, and simple pleasures.
Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac just behind Dymchurch’s sea wall, the house faces a private green with a gate leading straight to miles of sandy beach.
Recently renovated, it sleeps up to 11 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite) and offers generous living spaces — a light-filled sitting room, separate TV lounge, and a sunroom overlooking the garden.
The heart of the home is a spacious kitchen-diner with a vaulted ceiling and a 3-metre bespoke bamboo dining table, perfect for bringing everyone together.
Outside, a large terrace sits beneath a closable pergola — ideal for the not-always-perfect English summer — with a round dining table for 11, comfortable lounge seating, and a gas BBQ. Both front and rear gardens are private and sheltered, perfect for children to play safely or for relaxed evenings outdoors.
Designed for multi-generational families and groups of friends, Springhaven blends coastal charm with modern comfort — a place to slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories.
Springhaven, Dymchurch is Joanna's family home since 1967. Recently renovated but retaining all the Edwardian period charm it enjoys a unique location right on the beach in the traditional English seaside village of Dymchurch.
