This bright and modern two bedroom flat is located in East Croydon area. The flat is only 2 min walk from Boxpark which is great for shopping, dinning and entertainment.
Only 5 min walk to East Corydon rail station.
London is just 15 min, Brighton is 35 min and London Gatwick airport is 20 min by rail.
It has master bedroom with double bed and double wardrobe. Second bedroom has a double bed. Large and cozy living room. Fully equipped kitchen.
Free Wifi.
There are many shops and two pubs within very short walk from the flat. Only few minutes walk to the train station where you can get into London under half an hour. Or sea side with in 30-40 min on the train. Perfect place for friends, business or family trip. The flat has a shared public corridor with the flat downstairs so we kindly ask to respect our neighbours privacy. No additional visitors or guests are allowed, sorry.
