Hello, I'm Sophie, and I have lived in Norfolk for 25 years. Our family absolutely love Cromer, and we have had many happy times here including Christmas. We hope you enjoy the house and we are happy to provide recommendations if you would like them. I am available between 7am and 8pm for any enquiries you have. I live approximately 40 minutes away but am always available via Whats App, by phone or by email.

Property information

Beautifully presented, a perfect base from which to explore the North Norfolk coast. This property is newly built, and very stylishly furnished giving plenty of space for one or two families. Just 2 minutes from the centre of Holt where there are many independent shops, fantastic pubs, restaurants and schools. Within a 30 minute drive you can reach Cromer, Sheringham, Weybourne, Blakeney, Morston, Wells-next-sea, Cley-next-sea and the stunning Holkham Estate.
