A vibrant local community nestled on the edge of the English Channel with spectacular view of the French coastline with its own extensive, uninterupted Beach line, access to the beautiful Leas Cliff Park leading from Folkestone back toward the pretty & historic village of Sandgate, the Harbour Arm development and access to the still working fishing port, wander up the old cobble-stoned Artistic Creative Quarter brimming with Boutique shops and leading up into the Town Center. Everywhere you look you will find electic bars & restaurants to suit every taste and preference which we are happy to offer advice around. We also have the Leas Clifftop Theatre who host many famous acts and a Silver Screen film theatre which transports customers back to the Golden age of film. Walk along the Leas and take in both the views across the channel and the magnificent architecture of both The Grand & Metropol Victorian hotels. Additionally, we have the Seasports center located on Sunny Sands beachfront who specialise in Paddle Boarding and Kayaking and offer a wide range of instructor lessons for all ages.
