Bossington Hall is owned by Guy, an ex-aerospace engineer with an eye for detail. He is capably assisted by the team - Annie, Emmie, Emma, Bonnie, Sarah, Frankie, Poppy and Chris who run the house like a well oiled machine. The team are all from hospitality backgrounds, with training from hotels, through to Crown Estates, but a warm, and friendly greeting will welcome you. This wide range of skills brings a friendly atmosphere to this family owned business.

Porlock village with its pubs, shops, tea rooms, museums and restaurants is just a mile's easy walk away from our award winning B and B. Or why not take a hearty 45 minute walk along to coast to Porlock Weir's tiny picturesque harbour, again with pubs, shops and restaurants?
Every room has a very unique character; Heddon Master room is truly vast, with dual aspect views, Greenaleigh has a private lounge, Embercombe is one of our dog friendly rooms with a private bathroom with roll top bath.
In the North wing are Ivystone, with a roll-top bath, Jennifrieds, Longpool, Kinsford (with another roll top bath in the bay window) and our outstanding room, Martinhoe with roll top bath as well as its own extra door to the garden, Ideal for dog walkers. All our rooms are named from local waters, and there is a framed description in each room.
A tranquil and serene location, perfect for your staycation weekend, or a walker’s base to explore the Somerset scenery along the South West Coast Path or Coleridge Way. Only a mile from Porlock Village and Porlock Weir with its pubs, restaurants, cafes, garage, tea and coffee merchant, galleries, museums, mini-markets, antiques, ancient church and Shops, and not far from Selworthy, Allerford and Bossington Villages, a great base for exploring the moors with the iconic Exmoor Ponies. Minehead Links Golf course is just 5 miles away.
Hurlstone point at the end of the iconic pebble beach is a well known bird watching spot, with dramatic views along the coast especially at sunset.
