Beken House is a 3 bedroom duplex apartment located opposite Cowes Yacht Haven. Beken House is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment located above the historical marine image archive Beken photography. It is accessed from the street with its own private entrance and stairs that lead to the apartment which is split level across the first and second floors. At the front of the apartment is bright open planned kitchen, lounge and dining area with a large window overlooking the high street and yacht haven and original fireplace and high ceilings. Also on this level is a twin bedroom, WC and a snug room which has a sofa and small table and chairs that leads through to a small decked area facing the rear of the building. On the second floor is the master bedroom with views across the marina, 2 shower rooms and a further twin room. The attic space on the third floor has been converted into a useful crew bedroom with 4 single beds and velux windows to the front and rear. The apartment is conveniently located on Birmingham Road, opposite the Yacht Haven, perfect for crew or if you are on holiday you can stroll along the High Street, Parade and Esplanade for wonderful views of the bustling harbour and across The Solent. See the prestigious yacht clubs and, if you are lucky, hear the small cannon at the Royal Yacht Squadron fire to start or finish a yacht race.
