This is a beautifully decorated 1860s granite property boasts spacious rooms is locate in the heart of the city centre of Aberdeen on a quiet cul-de-sac. This is a serviced flat with a fully equipped kitchen-dining for guests use. There are only 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with shared toilet-shower , a Deluxe bedroom with shared toilet-shower and an Ensuite Double bedroom with own shower-toilet. Free weekly cleaning & monthly fresh beddings serviced. The property is in the Low Emissions Zone. Parking is by meter reading. Parking permit can be prearranged for guests staying 28 days and longer. Please note that it takes around 10 days for the parking permit application with Aberdeen City Council to be approved. I'm a Christian missionary and I like people and love this beautiful city of Aberdeen. I like walking and some of our guests like to join us for a walk too. Most of our guests stay with us for long-term (minimum 1 month).
We are locate in the heart of the city centre of Aberdeen city, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Only a couples minute walking distance to Union Street & Music Hall. About 5- 10 minutes to the train station, Union Square, Theatres, Art Gallery, banks, post office, restaurants and shops. Beach is about 20 minutes walking distance. Very convenient.
